Terms of sale
These terms govern every sale we make. They are written to be read, not skimmed past — and because all sales are final, reading them beforehand matters more here than it would elsewhere.

Who you are buying from
Hobby Mannor, organised under the laws of Washington. Business address: 1742 1st Street, Bellingham, WA 98229. Contact: enquiries@hobbymannor.com.
We sell physical collectible goods within the United States. We are not a broker, exchange, custodian, or money services business. We do not buy, sell, exchange, or hold digital assets on behalf of customers, and nothing we sell is an investment product.
All sales are final
We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not refund for change of mind. Once your payment confirms, the sale is complete.
Three things are unaffected by that, because they are not returns: an item that is not authentic, an item materially not as described, and an item that never arrives or arrives damaged. Each is covered in full. The detail is on our sales policy page, and you are asked to acknowledge it at checkout before paying.
Ask your questions before you buy. We would rather answer twenty than sell to someone who regrets it, and an allocation is held for you long enough to take your time.
Allocations
Most of our sales run through an allocation. We agree a price with you for a specific lot and issue an allocation card carrying a QR code and reference. That code holds that lot, at that price, until the date shown on the card.
An allocation code is a bearer credential. Whoever holds it can complete the purchase. Treat it the way you would treat cash or a ticket. If you lose it or believe someone else has seen it, tell us at once and we will void it and issue a replacement.
Each code is single use and tied to one lot. It carries no cash value, cannot be redeemed against a different lot, and expires on the date shown whether or not it has been used.
Price and payment
Prices are set in US dollars. We accept settlement in the cryptocurrencies listed at checkout and in no other form. We do not accept cash, cards, bank transfer, or payment from a third party on your behalf.
At checkout you are shown an exact amount in your chosen asset, calculated at the exchange rate at that moment and held for ninety minutes. Send that amount, in full, on the network shown. Sending a different amount, a different asset, or using a different network may mean the payment is not credited and, in some cases, cannot be recovered by anyone.
Cryptocurrency payments are irreversible. Once your transaction is broadcast, neither we nor you nor any third party can undo it. There is no chargeback mechanism. Combined with our no-returns policy, this means a completed purchase cannot be unwound. That is the most important sentence on this page.
Network fees are yours. If a payment arrives short because a fee was deducted in transit, the order stays open until the balance is received.
When the sale completes
A contract forms when your payment reaches the number of network confirmations we require and we mark the order confirmed. Until then, an issued allocation is an offer to sell that we may withdraw — for instance if the lot is found to be misdescribed, or if we cannot lawfully complete the sale.
Title and risk pass to you on delivery, not on dispatch. If the item is lost or damaged in transit, that is our problem to resolve, not yours.
Authenticity
We guarantee that every item we sell is authentic and is as described, for as long as you own it. This guarantee does not expire and is not affected by the no-returns policy.
If an item you bought from us is subsequently determined not to be authentic by the relevant grading authority or by a recognised independent expert, we will refund the full purchase price on return of the item and reimburse the reasonable cost of the assessment that established it.
Where an item is graded, the certificate number is on your invoice and on the lot page. Verify it directly with the grading authority. We would rather you checked than trusted us.
Condition and description
We describe condition honestly, including flaws. Photographs are of the actual item, not a stock image or another example of the same reference.
Collectibles are used objects with histories. Minor handling marks consistent with age and the stated grade are not defects and are not grounds for a claim. Because we do not accept change-of-mind returns, ask for additional photographs or measurements before you buy if condition is something you are weighing.
Delivery
We ship within the United States only, fully insured at the sale value, signature required. See shipping and insurance for detail.
We do not ship to freight forwarders, mail drops, or unattended addresses, and we cannot redirect a parcel once it has been collected. Give us an address where a person can sign.
If something goes wrong
Tell us. Most problems are resolved by email within a day. Email enquiries@hobbymannor.com with your order reference.
Our liability for any single order is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law does not permit that limit — including for death, personal injury, or fraud.
Nothing in these terms waives any right you have under applicable federal or state law, including the implied warranties that attach to a sale of goods. Where these terms and such a right conflict, the law governs.
Things we will never do
We will never email, message, or telephone you with a different payment address from the one shown on your checkout page. If you receive anything claiming to be from us and asking you to send funds somewhere else, it is not from us. Forward it to enquiries@hobbymannor.com and do not act on it.
We will never ask for your wallet recovery phrase, private keys, or exchange login. Nobody legitimate ever will.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts located in Washingtonhave exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
