Shipping & insurance

A five-figure object in a cardboard box is a problem to be managed carefully. Here is exactly how we manage it.

When it ships

Nothing leaves us until your payment has reached 6 network confirmations. A transaction sitting in the mempool can still be replaced or dropped, and dispatching against one is how a dealer loses an item and the money at the same time.

Once confirmed, we prepare, photograph, and pack the lot. Allow two working days before dispatch. You will get tracking the moment it leaves.

Insurance

Every shipment is insured for the full sale value, declared honestly.

We will not under-declare to reduce the premium. Under-declaration voids the cover at exactly the moment you would need it, which converts a claim into a total loss. If you ask us to under-declare, we will decline, and we may cancel the sale.

Risk stays with us until the item is in your hands. If it is lost or damaged in transit, that is ours to resolve — you get a replacement where one exists, or a full refund. You are not expected to fight a carrier on our behalf.

Signature on delivery

Signature is required on everything. We cannot ship to a freight forwarder, a mail drop, a parcel locker, or an address where the carrier is authorised to leave items unattended.

Give us an address where a person can sign during business hours — a workplace is often better than a home. If nobody will be there, arrange a hold with the carrier directly using your tracking number rather than leaving delivery instructions that override the signature requirement.

Packing

Graded slabs travel in a rigid case inside a double-walled outer, with void fill on all six faces. Watches travel in their own box inside a hard case. Nothing we send is identifiable as valuable from the outside — no branding, and no description of contents on the label.

Address changes

Tell us before dispatch and we will change it. After dispatch we cannot — carriers will not redirect a signature-required, high-value parcel mid-transit, and we would not ask them to.

Check the address on your order page carefully as soon as you receive it.

Where we ship

The United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally, and we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or PO boxes — a signature-required, high-value parcel needs a street address with a person at it.

If it does not arrive

Email us with your order reference. We open a carrier trace immediately and keep you updated. If the item is confirmed lost, you are refunded in full — non-delivery is not a return, and our no-returns policy does not touch it. The insurance claim is between us and the carrier and is not your concern.
